Located on the east shore of Lasqueti Island 80km northwest of Vancouver. The property has never been developed and is a beautiful mix of native trees and rocky outcrops. There is a small bay that could be utilized for a breakwater and dock. There are no services to the property as there is no Hydro on the island and Lasqueti only has a passenger ferry with several scheduled crossings a day (app.45 min). Water is gathered during the rainy season and stored in tanks. This is pretty much wilderness and the property is untouched, Lasqueti has a population of app. 400 interesting people. PS ... A sister property to the north of 78 acres share a common property line and the two would be almost 150 acres and 3300 + /- feet of waterfront with two nice bays.
